Ah Spring

Ah, Spring! What a lovely time. Everything is fresh and new, the flowers, the grass. The beauty refreshes ones soul. Ecclesiastes 3:11 says, “He has made everything beautiful in its time.”
Oh Lord, how special is your presence as I view the dogwood blossoms and remember, “How precious to me are your thoughts, O God!” - Psalm 139:17.
The faithful blooms of these trees every spring remind me of your faithfulness. All is well in the heavens. All is well in my soul.
“Satisfy us in the morning with your unfailing love that we may sing for joy and be glad all our days.” Psalm 90:14
“In the morning, O Lord, you hear my voice; in the morning I lay my requests before you and wait in expectation.” Psalm 5:3 This morning I did not have to wait very long.
“Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. Lamentations 3:22, 23.
Praise you Lord, for Spiritual encounters like this morning that fill me with assurance of your Word and your faithfulness.
Some spring will be the last one. We’ll need no more reminders. You will call and we will “Spring” forth to be with you forever where the flowers never fade.
Praise you, My Sweet Lord!
